There is no fool-proof way to lose weight, gain muscle and / or burn fat. Period. And the reason? Everyone is metabolically unique & Everybody responds differently to even the most scientifically proven workout regimes for muscle building, fat loss, weight loss, etc.

The methods you’re about to use are “battle tested” with countless individuals including myself as I would NEVER recommend a program or product that I don’t personally use and stand behind 100% myself.
